감자 다이어리 계정과 관련된 모든 개인정보의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 절차에 따라 요청해 주세요.
삭제 요청 방법
방법 1: 앱 내 삭제 (권장)
- 감자 다이어리 앱을 실행합니다.
- 프로필 탭으로 이동합니다.
- "계정 삭제"를 탭합니다.
- 안내에 따라 삭제를 확인합니다.
방법 2: 이메일 요청
앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우, 가입 시 사용한 이메일 주소에서 아래 버튼을 통해 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

※ 타임라인(동선 기록), 건강 데이터, 캘린더 데이터는 서버에 저장되지 않으며, 기기 내에만 존재합니다. 앱 삭제 시 자동으로 제거됩니다.
법적 의무에 따라 보관되는 데이터

법적 보관 기간이 경과한 후에는 해당 데이터도 영구 삭제됩니다.
주의사항
- 계정 삭제는 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
- 삭제 후 동일한 이메일로 재가입할 수 있으나, 이전 데이터는 복구되지 않습니다.
- 활성 구독이 있는 경우, 계정 삭제 전 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play Store에서 구독을 해지해 주세요. 계정 삭제만으로는 구독이 자동 해지되지 않습니다.

Account & Data Deletion Request

You may request deletion of all personal data associated with your Gamja Diary account. Please follow the steps below.
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the Gamja Diary app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap "Delete Account."
- Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.
Option 2: Email Request
If you no longer have access to the app, you may request deletion by email from the address you used to register.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Note: Timeline (movement records), health data, and calendar data are stored only on your device and are not kept on our servers. They are automatically removed when you uninstall the app.
Data Retained by Legal Obligation

Data retained for legal purposes will be permanently deleted after the retention period expires.
Important
- Account deletion is irreversible.
- You may re-register with the same email, but previous data cannot be recovered.
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account. Account deletion alone does not cancel your subscription.
